First Community Credit Union's annual meeting will
be held on April 27, 2010 at the Beloit Office
(1702 Park Avenue). The meeting will begin at
5:15 p.m. and refreshments will be served.

Your Old VISA Card Behind!
First Community is happy to announce a total re-birth of our VISA card program.
The changes will be taking place over the next six months.
Some of the exciting changes include:

ü Rewards - In the next few weeks, your VISA card will go from ordinary to extraordinary when it becomes a ScoreCard. With ScoreCard, you'll earn Bonus Points for every net retail purchase you make with your card. Once you've accumulated enough Bonus Points, you can redeem them for brand-name merchandise and exciting travel awards. Use your ScoreCard for all of your purchases and you'll be surprised how quickly your Bonus Points will add up. Welcome to the ScoreCard program!
ü Lower Rates - We are working developing risk based pricing for our VISA cards as well. This will mean that many members will get a lower credit card rate to reward them for their good credit.
 
These changes will be evolving over the next six months, so check the newsletters and
 web site often to track the evolution of a new VISA card program at FCCU.

Short on Cash?
Try a Payday Stretch Loan from FCCU!
First Community is excited to offer a new pay day loan product. The loan is designed for people
who have a short term need for cash. It could be for an auto repair, medical emergency or the
like. Most payday lenders charge between $20-$22 per $100 borrowed. Our program charges
only $15 per $100 borrowed. This is a savings of as much as $35 per loan aor 32%. Why pay more? There is no credit report or credit scoring on this loan and loans can be between $200 and $750.
This is a great opportunity for members that have had a credit blemish or two to reestablish
themselves. Call or stop in Beloit, Janesville, or Monroe.

First Community Offers FREE E-Statements
Electronic statements can be accessed from any Internet connection. There are two primary advantages to E-statements. The first is that you do not need to worry about your information being sent through the mail. Mail is occasionally miss-directed or stolen. E-statements would prevent this from happening. With E-statements, you log into a secure Internet server and download your information in an easy to access PDF format. The second advantage is that your statement is available sooner, because as soon as the statements are produced you receive an e-mail which allows you to download it immediately. First Community's Electronic Bill Pay NOW AVAILABLE

First Community's Electronic Bill Pay (EBP) is now available. Here is some information about the service

What is electronic bill payment?
Electronic Bill Payment (EBP) is a Credit Union service that makes it simple and convenient to pay your monthly bills on your personal computer.
Pay anyone... Anytime.
You can pay your babysitter or anyone you like.  And, YOU control when the payment is made. Schedule recurring payments or cancel recurring payments. Or change only the amount and date of recurring payments.
An eBill-Pay vendor you know & trust.
No third and fourth party processors. First Community Credit Union has partnered with our own processors to bring you this service.  The same people and organizations who handle all your other transactions will be processing our electronic bill payments.

The program is available FREE for all First Community members.
