	New TELLERphone is Operational!

We have recently installed a new TELLERphone system. The system is state of the art and optimized for top performance. While many of the features remain the same, some changes have been made for better performance. This includes the ability to change your PIN number if you want to make it easier to remember. We have produced a new TELLERphone brochure to document the new system. Click here to download a copy. Another highlight of the system is adding 2 additional lines to handle the busiest of call volumes. The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The local telephone number is 362-1200 and the toll-free number is 1-800-547-4077.


	Debit Card Change Due to the increase in fraudulent transactions originating from overseas, we have unfortunately had to block all foreign debit card transactions. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. The blocking does not apply to our credit cards or prepaid VISA travel cards. If you have any questions please contact the credit union.


	First Community Credit Union is now part of the credit union shared service center network. This means that as a member of FCCU you can now use over 4,900 credit union locations to cash a check, withdraw cash or make a loan payment. The listing and locations of other shared service centers can be found here.

This service is very convenient in the event that you are traveling outside of our branch network and would like to perform a transaction. Most of the shared service center locations are in a credit union branch. You simply need to look for the shared service center "swirl" logo. Then all you need is your account number, our credit union name and a picture ID to perform a transaction. There is no cost to perform a transaction. This service can also be used if you worked in Madison or Rockford and could not make it to a FCCU location. It will also be convenient for our members that go to Florida or Arizona in winter to use this service to access their account.

FCCU is also an acquirer of transactions. This means that if your friends are visiting and their credit union is in the network, they can come to any FCCU branch to access their account, again at no fee.
