E-Statements
Electronic statements can be accessed from any Internet connection. There are two primary advantages to E-statements. The first is that you do not need to worry about your information being sent through the mail. Mail is occasionally miss-directed or stolen. E-statements would prevent this from happening. With E-statements, you log into a secure Internet server and download your information in an easy to access PDF format. The second advantage is that your statement is available sooner, because as soon as the statements are produced you receive an e-mail which allows you to download it immediately. First Community's Electronic Bill Pay NOW AVAILABLE

First Community's Electronic Bill Pay (EBP) is now available. Here is some information about the service

What is electronic bill payment?
Electronic Bill Payment (EBP) is a Credit Union service that makes it simple and convenient to pay your monthly bills on your personal computer.
Pay anyone... Anytime.
You can pay your babysitter or anyone you like.  And, YOU control when the payment is made. Schedule recurring payments or cancel recurring payments. Or change only the amount and date of recurring payments.
An eBill-Pay vendor you know & trust.
No third and fourth party processors. First Community Credit Union has partnered with our own processors to bring you this service.  The same people and organizations who handle all your other transactions will be processing our electronic bill payments.

The program is available for all First Community members. The serivce is free if you have over $1,000 in total deposits at the credit union. Members whose balance is under $1,000 pay a small fee of $1.25 per month and $.34 for each bill paid. This is cheaper than a stamp and you don't have to run to the post office!!

Home Banking NOW Available!

First Community Credit Union President Jack Gill, is pleased to announce that our Home Banking product is now available. Simply go to the credit union's home page at www.firstccu.com and click on the home banking link. This will transport you to our secure home banking interface. You will need your account number and a TELLERphone pin number to register. If you do not have a TELLERphone pin number, simply call the credit union and we can get you setup. The new product features include:

• Account histories include transaction date, description, and the running balance. Date ranges are also selectable by the user and can extend back a full 6 months. You can also use your brower's search capabilities to look for a specific check number, check amount or any other data element.
• Live, real-time ledger and available balance information.
• Live, real-time account transfers or schedule future transfers to happen when you want them to!
• Current year to date and prior year interest paid.
• Download your account information into Quicken, Excel or Microsoft Money.
• Super easy to register and use.

TELLERphone

TELLERphone allows you access to all of your account information. Do balance inquiries, transfer funds, write yourself a check, make a loan payment, calculate a loan payment and much more!!! All you need is your account number and an access code.

TELLERphone is open 24 hours a day and FREE!!! Call either 362-1200 or 1-800-547-4077 and join the 250 members using the this service daily.
