At First Community, we value your business and the trust that you have in the credit union. It has come to our attention that there has been a significant increase in fraudulent
transactions originating from outside of the United States. For this reason we have changed our debit card processing to decline Internet based transactions originating from outside of the United States. For this
reason it is imperative that you notify us before you attempt to use your debit card outside of the United States or for transactions based outside of the United States so we can unblock it. Failure to have card
unblocked will cause the transaction to be declined.
